Daniel C. de RouletCo-founder, President and CEO
Dan de Roulet is a co-founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Patrina Corporation. As CEO, Dan has been instrumental in guiding the company to consistent annual growth and profitability. Prior to co-founding Patrina, Dan was the president of Towne-Oller & Associates, a New York market research firm. Dan received his B.A. from Duke University.
Frank-Charles Osafo
Co-founder, Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer
Frank-Charles Osafo is co-founder, Executive Vice President, and Chief Technology Officer. Frank brings unique expertise in combining information technology, business processes, and analytics to provide cohesive and strategic solutions to business problems. He manages system design and implementation, product selection, and all phases of system delivery and support. Prior to co-founding Patrina, Frank was the director of information systems, product planning and development at Towne Oller. Frank also served as the director of research consulting and analytics at SAMI, a syndicated research company wholly owned by Time Inc.. Frank was the founder and president of Oxicron Systems Corporation, which specialized in the development of Enterprise Resource Planning and Analysis software and provided Decision Support Consulting services to the consumer packaged goods industry. Frank received his Master of Liberal Arts degree in Information Technology from Harvard University. Frank also holds Master and Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Illinois where he served as a lecturer and an adjunct professor of Systems Engineering.
Tony Aruta
Co-founder, Executive Vice President of Operations
Tony Aruta is co-founder and Executive Vice President of Operations, Sales, and Marketing. Tony brings a 40-year career in operations management to Patrina and manages the day-to-day operational and business development for the company; his responsibilities include managing for operational excellence, meeting the daily challenges presented by Patrina's diverse customer requirements, and improving the systems that create and deliver the firm's products and services. Prior to co-founding Patrina, Tony served as Vice President of Operations for Towne Oller. Before that, Tony was operations manager at WT Grant.
Maria Tossini
Co-founder, Director of Operations and Customer Service
As Director of Operations/Customer Service, Maria leads Patrina's front line customer interaction, providing the key point of contact to ensure high-level customer satisfaction. Maria provides both strategic direction and daily management to enable our team to deliver consistent, high-quality, cost-effective technical support to existing and potential customers. Maria's career in operations started at W.T. Grant Co. as a computer scheduler; she then moved on to NYC Human Resources as scheduling manager. Prior to her position at Patrina, Maria was operations manager for Towne-Oller.
Jeff Ballance
Director of Software Development
Jeff has over 30 years experience in the software industry. He has held positions in engineering management as well as development and architecture of software systems. His experience includes mathematical analysis, real-time machine control, scripting language compilers, COLD systems, imaging, and database design. Prior to joining Patrina, he held the position of Director of Software Development for McKesson, Inc. in their Imaging Solutions Group. His current responsibilities at Patrina include the design and development of Patrina's Patriarch product which incorporates the latest storage and viewing technologies for COLD, imaging, and workflow. Jeff received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from Oregon State University.
